FDA reports 22 illnesses, two hospitalizations and no deaths in its ongoing investigation of Salmonella linked to Evergreen Fresh Sprouts broccoli sprouts.

Recalled bagged or plastic-container products have expiration dates of September 7, 9, 11, 14 or 16. Sales are confirmed in Idaho, Montana and Washington; further distribution is possible.

Do not eat, sell or serve recalled sprouts. Clean contacted surfaces and containers. FDA is investigating this outbreak separately from another outbreak involving alfalfa sprouts.
